Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
02 - 3 tablespoons honey
03 - 2 teaspoons cornstarch
04 - 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
05 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic

→ Main

06 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined (16-20 count jumbo frozen shrimp)
07 - 5 cups broccoli florets
08 - 1 red onion, chopped
09 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped
10 - Sesame seeds, to garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside.
02 - In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic. Whisk until smooth.
03 - Place shrimp and vegetables onto the prepared pan. Drizzle with sauce and toss to coat evenly.
04 - Bake for 15 minutes, flipping once during cooking. Remove from oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve over rice if desired.

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
02 - If using frozen shrimp, run under cold water to thaw before cooking.
