# How to Make It:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Place milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth.
03 - Pour two-thirds of the melted chocolate onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading evenly with a spatula.
04 - Place pretzels over the chocolate layer in a single, even layer. Gently press pretzels into the chocolate to adhere.
05 - Combine unwrapped caramels and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
