Drain excess liquid from mozzarella balls; cut larger balls in half for easier wrapping.

Place each mozzarella ball or half in the center of a prosciutto slice and wrap tightly to enclose.

Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat, add dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat.

Brush the seasoned olive oil evenly over each prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella bite using a brush or spoon.

Arrange wrapped bites on the prepared baking sheet spaced slightly apart and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until prosciutto is crisp and lightly golden.
