Parmesan Crusted Chicken Copycat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ For the Parmesan Crust

07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
09 - 1/4 cup melted butter
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

→ For the Creamy Topping

12 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
13 - 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
14 - 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a baking dish.
02 - In a bowl, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Stir until crumbly.
03 - Spread a layer of ranch dressing on each chicken breast. Sprinkle with provolone and Parmesan cheese. Top with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
04 - Place under the oven broiler for 2–4 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and bubbly. Watch closely to prevent burning.
05 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, veggies, or a fresh salad.
