# What You Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 to 16 slices sandwich bread
02 - 3 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
03 - 2 cups leftover stuffing
04 - 1 cup cranberry sauce
05 - 6 to 8 slices cheddar, Swiss, or provolone cheese (optional)
06 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened, for grilling
07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or mustard, for spreading (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or mustard on one side of each slice of sandwich bread, if desired.
02 - Arrange turkey evenly over half the bread slices, mayo or mustard side facing up.
03 - Spoon stuffing evenly over the turkey slices.
04 - Spread cranberry sauce over the stuffing layer.
05 - If desired, place a slice of cheese on top of the cranberry sauce on each sandwich.
06 - Cover each sandwich with a second slice of bread, condiment side down.
07 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter to the pan and grill sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and cheese melts.
08 - Remove sandwiches from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Assembly is easiest with bread sliced at least ½ inch thick; use sturdy sandwich bread to prevent sogginess.
