# What You Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 small yellow onion, finely diced
10 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F (204°C) and allow it to preheat fully.
02 - Line a baking sheet with foil or coat with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, egg, dried parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, finely diced onion, and breadcrumbs. Mix until evenly incorporated using clean hands or a silicone spatula.
04 - Portion the mixture into 2-inch balls, rolling gently between your hands. Arrange meatballs 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly dampen hands to prevent sticking if needed.
05 - Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until meatballs are golden brown and fully cooked through.
06 - Transfer the meatballs to a serving dish. Enjoy alone or with your preferred sauce, such as over pasta.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Moisten hands with water before rolling to achieve uniform meatballs and minimize sticking.
