# What You Need:

01 - 8 ounces penne pasta

→ Beef

02 - 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)

→ Dairy

03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - Parmesan cheese, grated

→ Aromatics and Seasoning

05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet set over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it into small crumbles throughout the process.
02 - Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the browned beef. Continue to sauté for one minute until the garlic is aromatic.
03 - Pour in the heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Allow the cheese to melt and the sauce to become smooth.
