# What You Need:

→ Main

01 - 2 large sweet potatoes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes. Peel if desired, then cut into evenly sized wedges.
03 - In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil. Add minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
04 - Layer the coated wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
05 - Flip the wedges, then bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until they are golden and tender.
06 - Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges. Return to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes until the cheese melts and becomes slightly crisp.
07 - Garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve hot with yogurt dip, garlic aioli, or ketchup.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Soak sweet potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes and pat dry for extra crispiness. For a spicy variation, add chili flakes or cayenne. To use an air fryer, cook at 380°F for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
