Add canola oil, salt, egg, and all-purpose flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until a soft dough forms, adding extra flour as needed if the dough is overly sticky.

Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape into rolls. Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.

Allow the rolls to rise in a warm place for 5 to 10 minutes until slightly puffed.

Brush the risen rolls with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with granulated garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
