# What You Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 1/4 cups warm water (95-105°F)
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons instant or platinum yeast
04 - 1/3 cup canola oil
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

→ Topping

08 - 4 tablespoons melted butter
09 - 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
10 - 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
11 - 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick liner and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the warm water, granulated sugar, and yeast. Allow the mixture to proof for 2 to 5 minutes until the surface appears foamy.
03 - Add canola oil, salt, egg, and all-purpose flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until a soft dough forms, adding extra flour as needed if the dough is overly sticky.
04 - Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape into rolls. Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Allow the rolls to rise in a warm place for 5 to 10 minutes until slightly puffed.
06 - Brush the risen rolls with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with granulated garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
07 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden on top.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Use a warm environment to speed up the dough rising, such as near a fireplace or a lightly preheated oven.
