Heat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate the biscuits and gently flatten each one. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center, wrap the biscuit dough around it, and pinch the edges to seal. Place each formed ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush the mixture generously over each biscuit ball. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, until the biscuits turn golden brown and the cheese inside is melted. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Enjoy the cheese bombs warm. Optionally, serve with marinara dipping sauce on the side.
