01 - 10 ounces cheese ravioli (fresh or refrigerated)
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 2 tablespoons milk
04 - 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or basil (optional)
10 - 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

# Instructions:

01 - Set up a breading station with one bowl for beaten eggs and milk, and another bowl with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
02 - Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Place coated ravioli on a tray.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
04 - Fry ravioli in batches for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Avoid overcrowding the skillet.
05 - Drain the fried ravioli on paper towels or a wire rack.
