# How to Make It:

01 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and process to fine crumbs.
02 - Add softened cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and pulse until uniformly combined.
03 - Transfer the mixture to a bowl and thoroughly incorporate using a rubber spatula.
04 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a 1.5-tablespoon cookie scoop to portion the dough. Roll each portion between your hands to form smooth balls and place on the prepared sheet.
05 - Refrigerate or freeze the shaped Oreo balls for 30 minutes until firm.
06 - Melt the dark chocolate melting wafers following package instructions until smooth.
07 - Dip half of the chilled Oreo balls in melted dark chocolate. Immediately top with decorative sprinkles before the coating sets.
