# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, blend softened butter with maple syrup until smooth. Set aside at room temperature.
02 - Whisk flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, molasses, and vanilla together until well blended.
04 - Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients; gently fold until just combined. Do not overmix. Let batter rest for five minutes.
05 - Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter. Pour 1/3 cup portions of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look dry, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side, 1–2 minutes more. Keep warm.
06 - Stack pancakes on plates. Top with maple butter. Squeeze lemon over pancakes just before serving for a touch of brightness.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For extra holiday flair, garnish with a dusting of powdered sugar and a sprinkle of candied ginger.
