# What You Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 pound pizza dough, either store-bought or homemade
02 - All-purpose flour, for dusting

→ Filling

03 - 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
04 - 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)

→ Finishing

08 - 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large oval or circle about 1/4 inch thick.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until the meat is fully coated.
04 - Spread the ranch or blue cheese dressing evenly over one half of the dough, keeping a 1-inch border around the edge.
05 - Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the dressed side and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese and green onions if desired.
06 - Fold the dough over the filling to enclose and pinch the edges tightly to seal. Crimp the edge with a fork, if preferred.
07 - Brush the calzone surface with beaten egg and make two small slits on top to allow steam to escape during baking.
08 - Transfer the calzone to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure the edges are firmly sealed to prevent filling from leaking during baking.
