# What You Need:

→ Dough Base

01 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
02 - 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large egg yolks, at room temperature
05 - 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins

10 - 1/3 cup crushed potato chips
11 - 1/3 cup chopped pretzel pieces
12 - 1/2 cup Valentine's Day M&M's
13 - 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
14 - 2 tablespoons Valentine's Day sprinkles

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Combine unsalted butter, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer set to medium speed, blend for 2 minutes until the mixture appears light and fluffy.
03 - Add egg yolks and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix on medium speed until the mixture becomes pale and aerated, approximately 2 minutes.
04 - Introduce all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix on low speed just until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated and no streaks of flour remain.
05 - Gently fold in M&M's, white chocolate chips, chopped pretzel pieces, crushed potato chips, and sprinkles using a spatula until evenly distributed.
06 - Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, placing six cookies per sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden at the edges.
07 - If desired, immediately after baking, use a circular glass to gently shape each cookie for a uniform appearance. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
08 - Optionally, garnish with additional mix-ins while cookies are still warm. Serve when completely cooled.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For picture-perfect round cookies, swirl a glass around each one right after baking.
02 - Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to set their structure.
03 - Add extra toppings such as additional M&M's or sprinkles for enhanced decoration.
