Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, a silicone baking mat, or aluminum foil.

Lay the pretzel snaps in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Place one unwrapped Rolo candy on the center of each pretzel.

Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 4 to 5 minutes, until the chocolate appears glossy but retains its shape. Do not allow the Rolo to melt completely.

Immediately press one candy-coated chocolate onto each softened Rolo, then sprinkle each bite with decorative sprinkles while the chocolate is still warm. Work one row at a time for best results.

Allow the pretzel bites to cool at room temperature for approximately 2 hours until the chocolate is firm. Alternatively, refrigerate the pan for 20 to 30 minutes to speed up setting.
