Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, a silicone baking mat, or aluminum foil.

Arrange pretzel snaps evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Place one unwrapped Rolo candy in the center of each pretzel.

Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until the chocolate appears glossy but retains its shape.

Immediately press one M&M onto the top of each softened Rolo. Sprinkle each with colored sprinkles while chocolate is warm.

Let the pretzel bites cool at room temperature for about 2 hours until chocolate sets, or refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes for quicker setting.
