# What You Need:

→ Main

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
04 - 1/3 cup creamy natural peanut butter
05 - 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add soy sauce, peanut butter, and coconut milk to the skillet with garlic. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and heated.
05 - Return cooked chicken to the pan. Toss until each piece is evenly coated in sauce. Simmer for several minutes until warmed through.
06 - Serve warm. Optional: garnish with chopped peanuts or fresh cilantro.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best results, use natural peanut butter and high-quality coconut milk. Adjust sauce consistency by adding a splash of water if needed.
