02 - 8 ounces white or cremini mushrooms, sliced
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
07 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon freshly chopped thyme or parsley

# How to Make It:

02 - Reduce the heat to low. Add softened cream cheese and sour cream to the skillet. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and the cheeses have fully melted.
03 - Mix in half of the shredded mozzarella and all the grated Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until completely combined and creamy.
