Combine instant cheesecake pudding mixes and cold whole milk in a large mixing bowl. Whisk briskly until smooth and thickened. Gently fold in the diced strawberries. Allow mixture to rest for 5 minutes to set.

Add a spoonful of cookie crumbs into the base of each serving cup or jar. Spoon a layer of strawberry cheesecake pudding over the crumbs. Top pudding with an additional layer of cookie crumbs, then finish with another layer of pudding.
