# What You Need:

→ Batter

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
05 - 1 cup whole milk
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Topping

09 - 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well blended.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together whole milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
03 - Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture and gently mix until a smooth batter forms; avoid over-mixing.
04 - Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
05 - For each pancake, pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges appear set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 1–2 minutes more.
06 - Transfer freshly cooked pancakes to a plate and immediately sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar topping.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Serve pancakes warm for best flavor and texture. For extra crispness, rest pancakes on a cooling rack instead of stacking.
