# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
03 - Add the flour and finely chopped walnuts to the creamed mixture, blending until a soft dough forms.
04 - Divide the dough and roll into 2.5 cm (1-inch) balls. Arrange balls evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 25 minutes, or until the undersides are golden while tops remain pale.
06 - Cool cookies briefly, then roll in additional powdered sugar while still warm. Place on a wire rack to cool completely, rolling a second time in powdered sugar once fully cooled.
