03 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Cheddar Bay Biscuit Topping

07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, grated
10 - 1/3 cup whole milk
11 - 1 tablespoon additional whole milk, if needed
12 - Shredded cheddar cheese
13 - Chopped fresh parsley

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and position oven rack in the middle.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt and black pepper. Mix until smooth and slightly golden.
03 - Stir in shrimp and lobster and sauté until just opaque and cooked through. Remove from heat.
04 - In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Cut in grated cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and parsley. Pour in 1/3 cup milk, adding more milk by tablespoon if dough appears dry, mixing until just combined.
05 - Transfer seafood filling to a baking dish. Dollop biscuit dough over the filling, covering as evenly as possible. Bake for 30–45 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best results, use freshly grated cheddar and plenty of fresh parsley in the biscuit topping.
