# What You Need:

→ Taco Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
03 - 1 to 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste
06 - 1/4 cup salsa

→ Tortilla and Assembly

07 - 6 6-inch flour tortillas
08 - Olive oil, for brushing
09 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
02 - In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef together with chopped onion. Season with salt and black pepper.
03 - Drain excess fat from beef. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa. Mix well and adjust seasoning as desired.
04 - Brush both sides of each tortilla lightly with olive oil and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Place 1/4 cup seasoned beef filling and 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese on each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half to encase filling.
06 - Bake folded tacos for 10 minutes. Flip with a spatula and continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes until tortillas are crisp and golden. Optionally, add a small amount of additional cheddar cheese on top after flipping.
