# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Coat a standard 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray to ensure easy release.
02 - Unroll refrigerated pizza crust and cut into 12 even squares. Press each square snugly into the muffin cups, forming a base and sides for each cupcake.
03 - Spoon 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto the bottom of each dough cup. Add a layer of chopped red onion, then a portion of halved cherry tomatoes.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over each cup, then top with quartered pepperoni slices. Finish with a little more cheese if desired.
