02 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins

10 - 10 ounces sea salt caramel baking chips
11 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
12 - 1 1/2 cups soft caramel bits, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cold or room temperature butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and well combined.
03 - Add eggs and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture. Beat until fluffy, ensuring all ingredients are well blended.
04 - Add all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until a soft dough forms.
05 - Stir in sea salt caramel chips, white chocolate chips, and if desired, soft caramel bits. Mix until distributed evenly throughout the dough.
06 - Using a 1/4 cup cookie scoop, portion generous rounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each piece 2 inches apart.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until edges are golden and centers are just set.
08 - Remove baking sheet from oven and allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on the sheet before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Chilling the dough is not necessary unless it becomes too soft or warm.
