19 - 1/2 cup whole milk
20 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter
21 - Salt, to taste
22 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, 1/4 cup milk, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
02 - Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs in batches, rotating to brown each side, and cook for 7-8 minutes or until fully cooked through. Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add thinly sliced onion and cook for about 5 minutes until soft and golden. Sprinkle in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Gradually pour in beef broth while whisking to prevent lumps. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper, then simmer until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
04 - Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet with the gravy. Gently coat the meatballs in the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors and ensure thorough heating.
05 - Place cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and return potatoes to the pot. Add butter and 1/2 cup milk. Season with salt and pepper, then mash until smooth and creamy.
06 - Portion the mashed potatoes onto serving plates. Top with Salisbury meatballs and generous ladles of onion gravy. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For extra creaminess in the mashed potatoes, add 2 tablespoons sour cream or substitute with cream cheese.
