# How to Make It:

01 - Combine warm milk and active dry yeast in a large mixing bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Stir in granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, cocoa powder, salt, and red food coloring. Gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.
03 - Knead dough by hand or with a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a towel, and let rise in a warm area for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size.
04 - In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.
05 - Punch down the risen dough. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a 15 x 9 inch rectangle. Evenly spread the cinnamon filling over the surface.
06 - Roll dough tightly from the long edge into a log. Slice into 12 equal pieces and arrange in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes until nearly doubled.
07 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake the rolls for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
08 - Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Add milk, one tablespoon at a time, to achieve a pourable but thick consistency.
09 - Spread glaze over warm rolls and garnish with heart-shaped sprinkles. Serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best dough texture.
