12 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
13 - 1/4 cup full-fat cream cheese, softened
14 - 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk melted and cooled butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, whisking until fully incorporated.

04 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the centers are just set. Allow cookies to cool completely on the sheet.
05 - Beat softened butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar and vanilla bean paste, mixing until light and fluffy.
06 - Spread or pipe cream cheese frosting onto the cooled cookies. Serve at room temperature.
