Place the chocolate sandwich cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they form fine crumbs.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs into the bottom of each serving cup. Add a layer of pudding mixture, then additional crumbs. Repeat layering until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of cookie crumbs on top.
