03 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

→ Produce

04 - 1 jalapeno, stem and seeds removed, diced

→ Sweeteners

05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 375°F and allow to preheat thoroughly.
02 - Halve each bacon slice. Wrap one strip of bacon around each sausage piece and secure with a toothpick or arrange each one seam-side down in a muffin tin.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and finely diced jalapeno, blending until smooth.
04 - Transfer cream cheese filling to a quart-sized resealable bag and snip off one corner. Pipe a generous amount on top of each bacon-wrapped sausage.
05 - Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the cream cheese topping on each pig shot.
06 - Place the prepared pig shots in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the bacon is golden and crisp.
07 - Carefully remove hot pig shots from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure bacon is wrapped tightly to prevent unraveling during baking.
