# What You Need:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 box (18.3 oz) fudge brownie mix
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 2/3 cup vegetable oil
04 - 1/4 cup water

→ Frosting

05 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
06 - 3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - 2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
09 - green gel food coloring
10 - red gel food coloring (optional)

→ Decoration

11 - 1 package candy eyeballs

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners. Combine fudge brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large bowl. Mix until just combined and no streaks of dry mix remain.
02 - Divide brownie batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
03 - In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream, continuing to beat until frosting is light and fluffy. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
04 - Add a small amount of green gel food coloring to the frosting and mix until evenly tinted. For a more vibrant color, add additional gel coloring a little at a time. Optionally, reserve a small amount of frosting to tint with red gel food coloring for decorative accents.
05 - Pipe or spread green frosting on each cooled brownie bite, creating a generous swirl or dome. Gently press a candy eyeball into the center of each brownie. If desired, use red tinted frosting or gel food coloring applied with a toothpick to draw bloodshot veins around the eye for a spooky effect.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best texture, do not overmix brownie batter. Allow brownie bites to cool completely before decorating to prevent frosting from melting.
