02 - 2 cups whole wheat flour
03 - 1/2 cup warm water
04 - 1 1/4 cups room temperature water
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
08 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

→ Sauce

09 - 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
10 - 1 clove garlic, minced
11 - 2 teaspoons olive oil
12 - 2 teaspoons sugar
13 - 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
14 - 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
15 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Toppings

16 - Shredded mozzarella cheese
17 - Mozzarella string cheese, cut into strips
18 - Black olives, halved and sliced for spider decoration

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine all-purpose and whole wheat flour. In a separate bowl, mix warm water, honey, and yeast. Allow to stand for 5 minutes until frothy. Add room temperature water, olive oil, and salt. Gradually add liquid mixture to the flour blend and stir until combined. Knead dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes, or until doubled in size.
02 - Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, dried basil, dried oregano, and salt. Simmer on low for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool before use.
03 - Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Punch down the risen dough. Divide into 12 equal portions. Shape each into a ball, then flatten into 4-inch rounds. Arrange on two parchment-lined baking sheets.
04 - Spread a tablespoon of prepared sauce onto each dough round. Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella and place strips of mozzarella string cheese as desired.
05 - Cut black olives in half for spider bodies. Slice additional olives lengthwise to form legs. Arrange olive halves and slices atop each pizza in the shape of spiders.
06 - Transfer baking sheets to preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Remove and cool slightly before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best results, allow the dough to rise in a draft-free area. Extra olive slices may be used for additional decorative detail.
