In a large bowl, combine all-purpose and whole wheat flour. In a separate bowl, mix warm water, honey, and yeast. Allow to stand for 5 minutes until frothy. Add room temperature water, olive oil, and salt. Gradually add liquid mixture to the flour blend and stir until combined. Knead dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes, or until doubled in size.

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, dried basil, dried oregano, and salt. Simmer on low for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool before use.
03 -
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Punch down the risen dough. Divide into 12 equal portions. Shape each into a ball, then flatten into 4-inch rounds. Arrange on two parchment-lined baking sheets.
04 -
Spread a tablespoon of prepared sauce onto each dough round. Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella and place strips of mozzarella string cheese as desired.

Cut black olives in half for spider bodies. Slice additional olives lengthwise to form legs. Arrange olive halves and slices atop each pizza in the shape of spiders.
06 -
Transfer baking sheets to preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Remove and cool slightly before serving.
