03 - 8 ounces ricotta cheese
04 - 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
05 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Sauce

06 - 2 jars marinara sauce (24 ounces each)
07 - 1/2 medium onion, chopped
08 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Protein

13 - 1 pound sausage meat

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and position the rack in the top third of the oven.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage meat and chopped onion, breaking up the meat as it cooks, until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
03 - Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute, then spoon out excess fat.
04 - In a large pot, mix the sausage mixture with cooked spaghetti and pour in the marinara sauce. Toss the pasta until evenly coated.
05 - Spread half of the pasta-sauce mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with the blended cheese mixture.
06 - Add the remaining pasta-sauce mixture, spread evenly, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and broil for a few minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown, monitoring closely.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Let the baked spaghetti rest for 5-10 minutes before serving for easier slicing and best texture.
