In a medium bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully blended.

Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, lightly mash raspberries with a fork. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.

Drop spoonfuls of raspberry lemon mixture over the batter. Swirl gently with a knife or toothpick to create a marbled pattern.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. If using parchment, lift the bars out and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
