# What You Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Raspberry Lemon Swirl

07 - 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries, thawed
08 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest

→ Finish

10 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully blended.
03 - Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
04 - In a separate bowl, lightly mash raspberries with a fork. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.
05 - Drop spoonfuls of raspberry lemon mixture over the batter. Swirl gently with a knife or toothpick to create a marbled pattern.
06 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
07 - Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. If using parchment, lift the bars out and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
08 - Once fully cooled, dust bars with powdered sugar and cut into squares for serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure raspberries are well-drained if previously frozen to maintain desired bar texture.
