# What You Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup water
02 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
03 - 1/2 cup milk
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
06 - 3 1/2 to 4 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

→ Finishing

08 - Extra melted butter, for brushing

# How to Make It:

01 - Warm the water and milk to just above room temperature. Combine both with the honey in a large mixing bowl, then sprinkle the active dry yeast over the liquid. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until the yeast is foamy.
02 - Stir in melted butter and sea salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add 3 1/2 cups flour, mixing until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. Add up to 1/2 cup more flour if needed.
03 - Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes or until doubled in volume.
05 - Punch down dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball and arrange in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
06 - Cover pan loosely and let rolls rise for 30 to 40 minutes, until puffy.
07 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
08 - Brush warm rolls generously with extra melted butter and serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For lighter rolls, make sure not to add too much flour; the dough should feel soft and slightly tacky before the first rise.
