Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat.

Add softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until mixture is smooth and combined.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each triangle.

Fold dough over filling to form bite-sized pockets and place on prepared baking sheet.
