# What You Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1/2 cup creamy unsweetened peanut butter
02 - 1 tablespoon honey
03 - 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon almond flour

→ Coating

04 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

# How to Make It:

01 - Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and honey. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
03 - Gradually fold in the almond flour until a pliable dough forms.
04 - Scoop portions of the peanut butter dough and roll into small balls. Place each ball onto the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Transfer dark chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each, until fully melted. Total melting time should not exceed 2 minutes.
06 - Dip one half of each peanut butter bite into the melted chocolate and return it to the baking sheet. Repeat until all bites are coated.
07 - Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator. Allow the chocolate to set and harden for at least 60 minutes before serving or storing.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Work swiftly after melting the chocolate to achieve a smooth coating before it begins to set. For easier handling, slightly dampen your hands when shaping the dough.
