# What You Need:

→ Dough Base

01 - 1 cup cornstarch
02 - 1 cup baking soda
03 - 3/4 cup water

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine cornstarch, baking soda, and water in a saucepan.
02 - Heat mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens and forms a smooth, cohesive dough.
03 - Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the dough to cool to room temperature.
04 - Roll portions of dough into small balls and gently flatten to create macaron shell shapes. Use a toothpick to score a ridge around the edge for authentic texture.
05 - Place shaped shells on a tray and dry completely at room temperature for approximately 24 hours.
06 - Paint dried shells as desired: orange for pumpkins (add brown or green stems), white with black details for ghosts, or purple/green with black accents for witches. Allow paint to dry thoroughly.
07 - For a glossy finish, seal decorated shells with Mod Podge or a clear acrylic sealer once fully dry.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Add a pinch of glitter to the wet dough for a shimmering effect.
02 - Attach magnets or pins to the back after drying to create decorative fridge magnets or costume accessories.
