# What You Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 large loaf Italian or French bread
02 - 2 cups shredded cheese, mozzarella and cheddar blend
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

→ Seasoning

05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
03 - Using a sharp serrated knife, cut the bread loaf crosswise and lengthwise into a grid pattern, making sure not to cut all the way through to the base.
04 - Employ a pastry brush to lavishly distribute the garlic butter mixture into all cuts and crevices of the bread, ensuring thorough coverage.
05 - Gently separate the bread pieces and evenly insert the shredded cheese blend into each gap.
06 - Place the prepared loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Bake on the center rack for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
07 - Remove from the oven and let cool for several minutes. Serve warm, allowing guests to pull apart pieces.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best results, use day-old bread for a crispier texture and maximum flavor absorption.
