03 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
04 - 1 cup plain or Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 medium onion, diced
07 - 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
08 - 1 tsp salt
09 - 1 tsp black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Cook diced onions in a skillet over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
03 - In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, sautéed onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese until evenly combined.
04 - Form the mixture into a loaf shape in the prepared baking dish.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Optionally, add paprika or Italian seasoning to enhance flavor.
06 - Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

# Extra Tips:
