Juicy cheeseburger bombs with garlic, cheddar, and parmesan wrapped in golden biscuit dough.

# What You Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough

08 - 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

→ Topping

09 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
10 - 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
11 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
03 - Season the cooked beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and fully incorporated.
04 - Roll each biscuit dough round to about 1/4 inch thickness.
05 - Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit dough round. Fold dough around filling and pinch edges to seal completely, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with finely minced garlic. Brush the tops of each bomb with garlic butter mixture.
07 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each garlic butter-brushed bomb.
08 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
09 - Remove from oven and immediately garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For a spicier flavor, add finely diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
