03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Black pepper, to taste
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

06 - 1 package biscuit dough or pizza dough

→ Topping

07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a bowl, mix the cooled ground beef with shredded cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
04 - On a clean surface, roll out the biscuit or pizza dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
05 - Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each dough square.
06 - Fold and pinch the edges of the dough to completely enclose the filling, shaping each piece into a smooth ball.
07 - Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
08 - Combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture over each dough ball.
09 - Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the tops.
10 - Bake in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
11 - Serve warm, accompanied by preferred dipping sauces.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Allow the filling to cool slightly before adding cheese to prevent melting and separation.
