# What You Need:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20 lean to fat ratio)
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

→ Dough and Topping

06 - 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits per can)
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Remove from heat and drain excess fat.
02 - Stir shredded cheddar cheese into the warm cooked beef mixture until evenly combined.
03 - Flatten each refrigerated biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide. Spoon 2 tablespoons of beef and cheese filling onto the center of each circle. Fold and pinch the edges together to fully enclose the filling, forming a sealed ball.
04 - Place filled biscuit balls seam-side down on a lined baking tray. Mix melted butter with 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Brush the tops of each bomb with the garlic butter, then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese liberally over each.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuit bombs are golden brown and cooked through. Cool briefly, then serve warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Seal biscuit edges tightly to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.
