01 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
02 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
04 - 2 cups sour cream
05 - 1.5 ounces ranch seasoning mix
06 - 1/4 cup pickle juice

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and stir frequently until evenly golden brown, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
02 - Set aside a small portion of toasted panko and chopped pickles for garnish. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining panko, chopped pickles, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and pickle juice. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly incorporated and smooth.
03 - Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Sprinkle reserved toasted panko and chopped pickles on top before serving.
