# What You Need:

→ Dairy and Produce

01 - 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
02 - 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

→ Sweeteners and Flavor

04 - 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# How to Make It:

01 - Place chopped strawberries in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Stir continuously and cook until the strawberries release their juices and reduce to a thick paste, approximately 5 to 10 minutes. The final volume should be about 1/4 cup or less.
02 - Transfer the concentrated strawberry paste to a plate or bowl. Refrigerate until completely cooled, as any residual warmth may cause the final mixture to become loose.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and butter. With a spatula or an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, blend together until the mixture is uniformly smooth.
04 - Introduce the cooled strawberry paste, sifted powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are fully incorporated and a cohesive frosting forms.
05 - Refrigerate the frosting for 1 hour or until it becomes firm and spreadable.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Ensure the strawberry puree is completely cooled before incorporating to achieve a stable frosting consistency.
