# Ingredients:

→ For the Spicy Chicken

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
04 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
07 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

→ For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

10 - 2 tablespoons butter
11 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 1½ cups heavy cream or half-and-half
13 - ½ cup chicken broth
14 - ½ teaspoon salt
15 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
16 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
17 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ For the Ramen Bowl

18 - 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
19 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
20 - ½ cup sliced green onions
21 - ½ cup shredded carrots (optional)
22 - 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
23 - Sesame seeds and nori strips (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Add the sliced chicken and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the sauce. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
02 - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring constantly. Add the salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Remove from heat.
03 - Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain, toss with sesame oil, and set aside.
04 - Divide the ramen noodles into serving bowls. Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over the noodles. Top with spicy chicken, green onions, shredded carrots, and a soft-boiled egg. Garnish with sesame seeds and nori strips. Serve immediately.
