# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a standard muffin tin.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder until thoroughly blended.
03 - In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together using an electric mixer until pale and fluffy.
04 - Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and beat well until fully incorporated.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
06 - Divide dough evenly among prepared muffin cups. Press dough on bottom and up sides to create a well for filling.
07 - Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the edges are golden. Set aside to cool completely before removing from tin.
