# What You Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 454 g (16 oz) processed cheese, cubed
02 - 283 g (10 oz) canned diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
03 - 454 g (1 lb) ground beef

→ Optional Ingredients

04 - 15–30 ml (1–2 tbsp) milk or beer, as needed for desired consistency

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it into small pieces as it browns. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Reduce heat to low. Add the cubes of processed cheese and the entire can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, including liquid. Stir to combine.
03 - Continue cooking and stirring gently until all the cheese is melted and the mixture becomes smooth and cohesive, about 5 to 10 minutes.
04 - If the dip appears too thick, gradually incorporate 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk or beer, stirring until the desired texture is achieved.
05 - Transfer the dip to a bowl or keep warm in a slow cooker. Serve promptly with tortilla chips, pretzels, or sliced vegetables.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Maintain dip at a low temperature to prevent separation and ensure optimal texture throughout service.
