Easy Lasagna with Cheese (Print Version)

01 - 48 oz jar spaghetti sauce
02 - 30 oz ricotta cheese
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley or finely chopped fresh parsley
06 - 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
07 - 12 lasagna noodles (regular, not no-bake)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
03 - Spread 1 1/2 cups of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Place four lasagna noodles over the sauce, arranging them to fit the pan (three lengthwise and one shorter, broken piece widthwise).
04 - Add 1/3 of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles and spread evenly. Top with 1 cup of sauce, then add another layer of noodles. Repeat this process twice, finishing with a final layer of sauce.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the top layer of sauce.
06 - Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
07 - Remove the lasagna from the oven and allow it to stand for 10 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the lasagna rest after baking helps it set, making it easier to slice.
